It is an excellent indicator of how well they have taken on board the lessons  of effective communication.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p  style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interpret&lt;/em&gt;
